  • Role Overview
    We are seeking skilled, reliable painting contractors or crews who take pride in craftsmanship and professionalism. Our contractors are expected to deliver high-quality results and treat every home with care and respect.
    Responsibilities

    • Interior and exterior residential painting

    • Proper surface preparation (patching, sanding, caulking)

    • Clean, professional paint application

    • Jobsite cleanliness and respect for homeowner property

    • Timely completion of assigned projects

    Requirements

    • Proven painting experience

    • Reliable transportation and basic tools

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Ability to follow scope of work and company standards

    • Professional appearance and conduct

    Preferred (Not Required)

    • Crew leadership experience

    • Ability to handle minor drywall or repair work

    • References or portfolio of past work
